About Victoria Bougeno (she/her)

I work with teens (12+) and adults of all ages who are striving for a healthier, more fulfilling life but find themselves feeling stuck along the way. I often support individuals who are grappling with the heavy feeling that they aren't where they’re "supposed" to be. Whether you are navigating financial stress, the pressures of independence, or major life transitions, I provide a safe, judgment-free space to unpack the anxiety, depression, and self-esteem struggles that often accompany these changes.

In my practice, I take a down-to-earth, person-centered approach. I understand that while talking about your emotions is important, having practical tools to manage them is what creates real change. To help you get unstuck, I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution-Focused techniques, equipping you with strategies you can use in your everyday life. For clients focusing on relationship hurdles, I also integrate Gottman methods to help you build stronger, healthier connections.

I am equipped to support men and women through a wide variety of presenting concerns. I also bring specific experience and a strong dedication to working with Veterans and members of the Pacific Islander community as well as supporting single parents dealing with stress or challenges associated with the co-parenting relationship.

It can be exhausting to carry the weight of unmet expectations or to feel like you are struggling to keep your head above water. My goal is to help you figure out what a meaningful life actually looks like for you, and to give you the practical support you need to confidently move toward it.
