About Sarah Brewer (she/her)

Through warmth, humor, curiosity, and empathy, Sarah establishes authentic and meaningful therapeutic bonds with her clients. With this trusted relationship as the foundation of her clinical work, Sarah helps clients draw from their own strengths to meet their individualized therapy goals and improve their relationship with themselves and those most important to them.

Sarah works collaboratively with clients to identify their thoughts, emotions, and reactions to stressful experiences to gain new perspectives for effectively adapting to changes, challenges, and everything in-between. Using a strength-based, trauma-informed therapeutic alignment, Sarah collaborates with her clients to activate their inner strengths to cope more effectively with and through life’s challenges.
