About Dr. Jessica Harvath (she/her)

I am a licensed psychologist, and I hold a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology with a graduate minor in Multicultural Psychology. My approach is warm and non-judgmental, and in addition to following best practices and using evidence-based treatments, I draw heavily from self-compassion, mindfulness, and ACT approaches because I know from research and experience that these approaches are impactful.

I provide individual therapy to adults from 18 to 90+. In particular, I love providing culturally-sensitive and identity-affirming therapy to people from diverse backgrounds for a wide variety of presenting concerns, such as:

  • Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

  • Life transitions (career changes, transitions to college or graduate school, marriage, divorce, empty nest, retirement, and end of life)

  • Relationship concerns

  • Racial trauma and marginalization based on identity

  • Career counseling and coaching

  • Anxiety and Depression
